You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow instructions, including a helpful cheat sheet on collecting your lab test samples, completing the requisition form, and returning your kit to the lab. Local blood draw options will also be provided if your test requires phlebotomy.

Your test results will be sent directly from the lab to your practitioner, Fabiola Balistreri. As soon as she receives them, she will contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment to review and explain the results.
